A 5 hour cooking class presented by our favorite accomplished master chef. Everyone enjoyed the evening of outstanding food, FUN company and lots of learning. Everything was extremely flavorful and a perfect medley of fresh, delicious tastes. The favorites were the Hawaiian Poke with Brunson's Koshihikari Rice and the ever elusive Vanilla Bean Beurre Blanc which was served with Pacific-caught Mahi Mahi!
